Shipworx may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect its services or users, or required for professional audit and advisory work under appropriate safeguards.

Shipworx does not sell personal information submitted through its support or pilot communications.

Shipworx retains information only as reasonably necessary for the service, support, security, compliance, contractual, or legal purpose for which it is handled. Shipworx uses administrative and technical controls intended to protect confidential information, while no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
