SignupAssist Pilot Guide

SignupAssist is a Shipworx-managed, invite-based application pilot supporting approved registration-assistance workflows. This guide sets expectations for authorized users and support contacts.

Who should use the pilot

Use SignupAssist only if Shipworx or your authorized organization contact has invited you to a supported workflow. Enabled workflows and access permissions may differ by pilot engagement.

Before using a workflow

  1. Confirm that you are using the approved workflow for your organization and role.
  2. Submit only information your organization authorizes Shipworx to process for that workflow.
  3. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment card information, or unrelated sensitive records.
  4. Review any generated or assisted output before relying on it or forwarding it elsewhere.

Support and issue reporting

For access questions, workflow issues, or assistance, use the support page. Include the affected workflow and a non-sensitive explanation of the issue. For suspected security or confidentiality concerns, identify the message as a security report so it can be prioritized.

Privacy and service changes

The privacy policy describes information handling, and the terms of use describe authorized use. Material public documentation changes are recorded in the change log. Operational notices are posted on the status page when applicable.
